TRX Training now at WomenFit

Your body is your machine with TRX. This new form of suspension training will take you to the next level of strength, muscle tone and power as you shorten the time of your workout. Available with a trainer only, you will find muscles you didn't know you had as you utilize your core muscles for every exercise. The counter balance allows you to stretch your limits as you can perform one legged squats and other challanging exercises with a new sense of confidence and without compromising your form.

SPRING BOOTCAMP - Returning Spring 2011

The WomenFit Outdoor BootCamp Program is a back to basics approach to fitness. During the class we will engage in cardiovascular training, strength training, balance and flexibility training.  You will be asked to work at your level but strive to reach the next level of fitness.  Are you ready to change your body and your life? If so, this is your opportunity to start right now.

Bootcamp Details
The next boot camp session is set to start in March or April of 2011, meeting twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM sharp. The group has met in the past at Jennie Dean school/park, about 1.5 miles from WomenFit Total Fitness Center. The session always meets no matter what the weather, and only in an EXTREME case would they meet inside at WomenFit.

Liz Knapp, NASM CPT will once again be leading the charge and has been running boot camps for more than 5 yrs.
